Trans Global Projects (TGP) has confirmed Dean Sankey as its lead for Azerbaijan where he will oversee local operations and interface closely with neighbouring TGP markets.
Based in Baku, Dean is responsible for TGP’s activities in Azerbaijan, working closely with clients, partners and project teams across energy and industrial supply chains.
Dean brings more than 15 years of experience working in Azerbaijan, alongside senior logistics and project roles across the Middle East and Europe. His background includes in country logistics leadership for large scale oil and gas developments, combined with hands on freight forwarding and project cargo experience. He has held senior positions with organisations including BP, McDermott International and Fluor, with responsibility spanning logistics planning, execution and stakeholder coordination.

TGP has operated in Azerbaijan since 1994 and maintains a fully local workforce of more than 45 Azerbaijani professionals. Dean’s appointment builds on this long standing presence, bringing experienced local leadership to a team embedded on the ground and closely connected to clients and partners.
