- Experienced in international air forwarding
- Trained as a forwarding agent
- Knowledgeable about transport and forwarding, ideally in the air freight field

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for operational handling of air freight shipments (export / cross trade)
- Schedule orders, carry out customs clearance for air freight shipments and ensure on-schedule clearance
- Maintain an overview through shipment monitoring and notification of flight data and delivery dates
- In addition to calculating installments, process freight, customs and transport documents
- Cooperate closely with our global network/agents, suppliers, airlines and trucking companies

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Develop national sales and structure them internally and externally
- Manage and develop existing customers and businesses
- Acquire new customers and businesses
- Visit existing customers and new customers and carry out corresponding reporting in CRM
- Organise internal sales meetings and follow a clear sales strategy
- Pursue offers, accept orders and coordinate the handover to the operational departments
- Monitor the developments of existing customers and new customers
- Procure and negotiate freight rates as well as payment conditions
- An absolute team player: Maintain close cooperation with various operational teams, our global network/agents, suppliers, airlines, trucking companies and customers
