Peter takes over the baton from Marc Cowie and will lead our global operations from Z\u00fcrich, focusing on alignment, project delivery, and collaboration across all group subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marc Cowie will concentrate fully on his new role as CEO North America, driving our growth and team development in the US market.
