The project forwarding leader manoeuvres to offer increased support and expertise to global energy and renewables sectors with UK expansion<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kent, UK, Wednesday 22nd March 2023<\/strong>: <\/strong>Trans Global Projects<\/a> (TGP) has increased its presence in Scotland, UK, opening a new office in Aberdeen in anticipation of growing demand for project forwarding services as energy security reignites interest in North Sea gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an increasing number of energy companies fuelling the rejuvenation of activity in North Sea exploration and production, TGP has moved to extend its global presence to ensure it is readily available to support customers both regionally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTGP has had an office presence in Grangemouth, Scotland, for 30 successful years, servicing clients throughout Scotland and from there to all corners of the globe beyond,\u201d said Colin Charnock, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), TGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBy turning our full attention to Aberdeen in the light of the resurgent North Sea energy market, as well as the renewables sector, TGP is positioning itself to support and service both existing and new clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Aberdeen office will be headed up by Ross Mackay in his new role as General Manager, Trans Global Projects, having previously served as Business Development Manager \u2013 North.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTGP prides itself on expanding its operations strategically to ensure it is in full readiness for future demand,\u201d said Mackay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is a logical progression for the TGP Group and we are ready to support and assist with all project logistics management on whatever scale, throughout what is an exciting time for both the UK energy sector and the residents of Aberdeen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, TGP has significantly strengthened its presence in two other major offshore energy centres, Houston, USA, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, through the appointment of several incoming staff in anticipation of growing market demand for the Group\u2019s services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Trans Global Projects team will be networking with industry colleagues at the Breakbulk Europe event in Rotterdam, from the 6th to the 8th of June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
