How the exhibitor will get his stall at a trade fair
The perfect presentation of a company at an exhibition has to be designed, planned and implemented in great detail. This is not just about well-thought-out positioning of the exhibition material. The stall itself needs to be structured in such a way as to display everything in the best light. MGMedia, the general contractor responsible for the design and the entire planning of the stall entrusted us with the transport of the components for the stall for its customer Bystronic. Detailed planning and coordination is required in order for both the material to arrive in immaculate condition and on time as well as to be quickly packaged and transported back after the exhibition.
The material was transported by articulated lorry, which was then unloaded on site using forklift trucks. Due to the narrow spacing at the location, combined with time pressure, it was a real challenge to shift the material from the truck to the exhibition area. Special skills were required for unloading, positioning and unpacking. That's why, in such cases, we are on site to make sure everything runs smoothly (for the customer).
After 3 weeks of intensive work, everything was in the right place and Bystronic was able to present its products in an elegant setting and to welcome customers in cosy lounges.
After the end of the fair, the entire stand was dismantled, packaged safely (for transport) and transported back to Switzerland.
